To reset your password, please follow these general steps:

Click on Login in the Main Menu.
- Enter your ITS number and click "Login".
- You will get a option to enter password.
- Click on "forgot password" link over here. If you have your Email ID registered with us, you will recieve a email to rest your password.
- Click on the reset password link in the email and update your password.
- Enter OTP and click on Update to update your password.

To register for Thalis or Miqaats, you have to be logged into your account. Once you login, follow the below steps to confirm your RSVP:

Go to manage events.

Navigate to specific event date by navigating through the calendar:

Select a date you want to register RSVP for:

Once you click on the date, you will get more info about the event selected. You can click on "Confirm Miqaat RSVP" OR "Confirm Thaali RSVP" depending on the event selected:

If you have clicked on "Confirm Thaali RSVP", you will get more info about the Thaali just a little below on the same page:

Answer the questions and click on "Submit RSVP", your registration would be saved and you will get an email confirmation for the same:

Relax, if you did this by mistake or you want to update/delete the RSVP, you can do so anytime in future before the cutoff date:

If you have clicked on "Confirm Miqaat RSVP", you will get more info about the Miqaat just a little below on the same page:

Answer the questions and click on "Submit RSVP", your registration would be saved and you will get an email confirmation for the same:

Relax, if you did this by mistake or you want to update the details, you can do so anytime in future before the cutoff date:
Any one in the family, head of family or family members can RSVP for entire family.
RSVPs can be edited any number of times before the cutoff dates for the RSVP. You can see the cutoff date and also days left before the RSVP freezes in the Manage Event page.
